There are four components in EMS execution:

Develop detailed architectural design, and schedule the execution. Decide in the technology infrastructure blue print.
Build enterprise-level business/management polices. Customization and documentation are important. Develop and test, stabilize, prepare related information, production environment.
On-going monitoring, support maintenance, and identify opportunities to maximize the effectiveness.
